No act may be considered or prosecuted as a legal offense if it has not already been established as a criminal offense by statute, or by widespread law. In the broadest sense a structure is a physique of rules governing the affairs of an organized group. A parliament, a church congregation, a social membership Mart News, or a commerce union may function beneath the terms of a formal written doc labeled a structure. Not all the guidelines of the group are within the structure; many other guidelines (e.g., bylaws and customs) additionally exist.
